Isn't a high volatility the point with microcaps? Isn't due to this volatility everybody's forecast correct at a certain point in time and within a certain (large) range?
Okay, so the shareprice is depressed at the moment. Does that mean Schneider's or Alfidi's arguments turned out to be true after all? Does that mean they had gained a deeper and better insight into the POET technology than our management (or even we) have? Of course not! POET's prospects haven't changed a bit. Or, sure, they have changed, but for the better!
The shorters are not right, because they knew better. There's not always a causal relationship. Sometimes, or should I say most of the times, things simply correlate without reason.
