Some have been waiting for pre-Sept 30th news as they have stated that POET cannot talk about previously undisclosed information on the CC. I was looking at SEC rules of fair disclosure and they allow that a pre-announced and publically accessable conference call could qualify. Not sure what Canadian laws are but I suspect they are similar. Is there any information that anyone has that says they *cannot* disclose new info on September 30 CC?
