Same day Sheldon resigned august 14 after close Kek announced private placement for 5m at 20 cent and said 4 million+ already filled.As per my information done by Sheldon and then he run Kek to 1.12$ from 15 cent on heavy volume HE HAD no other choice he was in deep kakka on that one !!
