I do share your thoughts BM, what really gets me lost, is the fact that the company doesn't have very much money to continue at the current burn rate. I mean, maybe over a year but I doubt over two is possible.

Why did these guys join Poet? Clearly it's not for those fantastic options that were based on a 300M+ Market cap. Now shelly would not be privileged to information in the TRAB - what else would he NOT know? Why be on the BOD if you are not entitled to the information you have invested heavily into. If infact it is Shelly (which I do give Mazan the credit due to prior instances) selling is it just a shot across the bow?
