New horizon, i believe the caliber of people who have joined poet mgmt are not the type to leave excellent positions in multi national industry players to come to small cap companies for cheap share pp handouts. They are here for the incredibly innovative technology and passion for building something that will change the industry. Ajit, if not all of the new mgmt, are already wealthy....this is about much more than that.

In addition, i do not agree that poet is close to running out of funds to meet the burn. Last time i checked they had enough for much of 2016 and receive $ everytime a warrant is exercised. I also expect nre and revenue to come, at the very latest, in 2016. A money raise is not a risk any time soon.
