Since no new shares have been issued yesterday, the 2015-09-13 warrants are definitely through.

The remaining overhang for September (and for the following 4 months) is no more and probably less than the following:

1,602,000 warrants (due 2015-09-27)
3,621,300 options (3,971,300 minus 350,000 being out of the money, due 2015-09-30)
