Another scenerio, which I doubt will happen, but is a possibility, is that the stock could be halted after the CC, and until any official news releases are made. I don't think this is necessary though, as anyone can participate in the CC, so I think any disclosure during the CC is fair game. Who knows what they have planned, hopefully something of significance.
