AM stated that billions had been spent in the US for fabs, mentioning NY state, but I did not hear him mention India once regarding fabrication....did I miss something?

Sure, India will benefit to a certain degree with the connections and ancillary work POET will create, but I doubt POET is leaving the continent....

...and I doubt he would bite the hand that feeds him.
