Turr: Could IQE be the supplier of those wafers to Anadigetics for them to make the chips for POET?

This is quite possible, since epitaxy is IQE's core business. IQE could supply wafers to Anadigics, as could any other epitaxy service provider who is able of coating GaAs wafers with the POET-specific epitaxy layers.
