From very first news that PTK had an office on Zanker road in San Jose i sugessted that they have leased whole building as it does not apear that such building is an office building with offices for lease.

It has a clean room for the lab.

Question is how much are they paying for this building and who is paying since financials did not reveal expenses that i can remember for leasing this space.

It migt be a potential partner who is paying for leases.

I strongly believed from beggining that this is showroom of some kind.

Building is fairly large and lease must be in Millions of $$$ per year.

Why is our SP so low is beyond my comprehension.

Hopefuly PTK starts coming out party next week.
