Rexryan This is so true but really indicative of the human psychy. Nothing really fundamental has changed with the company but generally people would rather buy in to stocks when they are on the upswing. Rarely do people take advantage of stocks when they are at barrgain basement prices.

Thats counterintuitive to the basic goal of investing "Buy low sell high"

You usually want to aquire your position while the stock is going down, nothing wrong with buying some, watch it drop and buy some more. But like you say when there is a firesale it feels like retail runs for the hills.
