Additionally, the company reported that it is ahead of plan in consolidating its Toronto-Connecticut-San Jose footprint and bringing the bulk of its operations to Silicon Valley in the fourth quarter of 2015. The company expects to complete the consolidation in first quarter 2016. The company said that the move is expected to result in insignificant one-time charges.
