Perhaps the plan is to first just do a roadshow at as many places as possible, a la CIC style, and get as many private retail groups interested. SP rise could easily get into the 1.50 range with some small millions invested, and team gets good practice at delivering message. Word spreads, our R&D and product development keep moving, a few NR's and you get organic SP growth. Said platinum investor base begins to develop further than what it is, and THEN they go after the big fish. Like really, really big fish.
