Remember how Suresh qualified platinum shareholders! Did he say much money? No, he said smart money. He said thoughtful and domain-knowledgeable investors.
And, to be exact, he did not talk about platinum shareholders, but about a platinum shareholder base, referring to the thoughtful and domain-knowledgeable investors as a whole. I think it won't matter much if the shareholder base consists of a few thoughtful and domain-knowledgeable shareholders with much money each versus a shareholder base consisting of many shareholders with relatively little money each – as long as they are thoughtful and domain-knowledgeable and are capable to understand what the company is doing and why.
The members of the POET Technologies Agoracom forum might constitute a subset of such a platinum shareholder base. Or to be more precise: A subset of the members of the POET Technologies Agoracom forum might constitute a subset of such a platinum shareholder base.
Enough quibbling! Otherwise someone tries to explain the difference between a platinum shareholder base and a truly platinum shareholder base … :-)
