CC: 04:30 – We believe we would meet the requirements necessary to apply for a full-fledged NASDAQ listing today if we decided it is most beneficial for the company and its shareholders to do so, subject to meeting minimum share price requirements. We intend to keep you appraised on developments in this regard.

One question: Is there a "non full-fledged listing" possible? Examples?
