It's Warrior getting the 250K options.The grants will be filed on SEDI within the next few days.

Blevins is not on the BoD and these grants were effective as of June 12th, which is when Warrior was appointed. Note the grant price of 1.54 which was the closing price on June 12th.

As to timing, my guess is whatever business relationship they have been working on with Alfalight since June is coming to fruition and hence they have agreed to the options grant for Warrior now, to officially make him part of the long term team.
