My take with day traders is this. If they were so amazing at what they did and made as much money as we often give them credit for, they'd be lying on a beach in the Caribbean never needing to work another day in their lives instead of trolling online forums to scape another penny trade together. I know a few people who were day-trading "geniuses" until 2008 hit and they lost it all and more. Pick your investment style and don't worry about the noise.
