So at the moment there is no blackout, - but the window will soon close due to the fact that the Q3 results will have to be published.

I would not wonder if we can soon see further insider buying. On one hand this is signaling confidence of the management. But on the other hand they are not stupid; like us, they can see no better invest in the share market (possibly worldwide)!
