I am sorry for the below post, as many did not understand that it was completely tongue in cheek. While I thought the use of "institutionalized" would be enough, I added the rest so as to be sure no one took that as anything but spoof. Poor judgment on my part, and for those of you who got it and thought it was funny, then good.
