I have no idea if and how POET can select their attendies.
There will be the good, the bad and the ugly investors.

As baba said, this is a quite unique experiment. There can be the wealthy long term retail investors, the ones planning a take over, or the pitchers (motly fools...). It is not on us to choose, possibly even not on PTK. We just can hope for a long term shareholder base with firm hands.
