Fj, that is some good stuff there in the NASA and non-NASA commercial applications. The mention of Data Centers just pops right out now in current time.. There was a post Feb 4, 2014 by wanttoretireearly, looks a little diffrerent wording and format. Do you have a date or link for your document, might shed some light on what was going on behind the curtains with NDA's.
