Oh this industry has its requisite amount of myopia to be sure.

In past, when I have broached the POET concept to newbies, be they management, engineer, or technologist/programmer, as examples. I usually get some degree of interest, once in a while I get abject palewash of an expression followed by some erudite comment similar to......."how can that be?"......."the industry doesn't need a saviour......just better engineering".....or my personal favorite...."where can I get more Coffee ?".
