Looking for insight on IDT/ BAE announcement of hardened chips for space

There was a breif disucssion surrounding the announcement by BAE and IDT earlier this week. What could this mean for POET?

We already have a "collaboration" agreement in place with BAE. Would anything further need to be announced beyond this for POET to have had a hand in this project? A "Collaboration" agreement sounds much more interesting than "Testing", as the name suggests they are working together on a project. Is it possible POET is involved or would they have had to announce something further?

Secondly, if POET is not involved, where does this fit as a competitor of POET?

Any insight is appreciated.
