If ARM is clever, they can perfectly use the IP of POET to design their chip-architecture, - ARM - powered by poet. In this case it will be a highly rofitable partnership.

But: In case ARM would decide to stick to silcon, and another chip designer XXX would enter an exclusive arrangement with POET, there would be heavy competition. But competition with XXX, not with POET. This is the story of the lunch, which will be eaten not by POET...
