ahhhh, you mean other than the obvious?
The company has approval for a 3:1 r/s right now, but it's a dead end as far as I'm concerned for the following reasons:
1. r/s rarely are successful; more often than not the share price declines after a r/s.
2. the company, imo, will need every share they have now when demand increases (of course assuming that it will when the world wakes up). If POET is all they say it is then we will need more shares, not less, so stock splits are a far more likely scenario as demand increases.
3. If you are trying to raise awareness and bring in "platinum" (grrr) investors, a r/s sends the wrong message to said investors.
It won't happen, nor does it need to.
