Stuff is happening, no question, we're off on a new direction, which includes some really significant decisions, and I think it's quite positive.

I wonder if Doc T just felt this was a good time to step back some. I'm pretty sure he knew about the move to SJ at the time he stepped down from the Board, so perhaps he felt the move was something he didn't want to do, so the compromise was he would stay on the East Coast and do consulting, thus keeping himself involved, and helping the tech staff in the new lab. The guy is 70, right, and although I don't know, he may have lots of family near him.
