Just to clarify that the 6.7 million warrants were issued at 1.00 CDN and I believe the vast majority of the warrant holders are Canadian, including Pinetree.

The .91 price quoted in the financials was based on the currency exchange rate at the time the financials were prepared. So look to PTK.V's price not POETF to gauge the exercise probability.

I fully expect the SP to be above 1.00 CDN before Feb, motivating the warrant holders to exercise them.

Whether we get to that SP with or without news remains to be seen. But I think the company very much will want those CDN 1.00 warrants exercised
