To put it simply, for me, PC has been first and foremost, a salesman, and I've written that here for a long, long time. Having said that, salesmen can be divided into those that truly believe in their product and those that either don't believe in their product or don't have any real opinion or basis for an opinion about their product.

Pretty early on, PC became a believer in the product, and I believe that's principally what led him to his belief (along with enough humility, which is often in short supply in salesmen) that he needed to find appropriate leadership. He found Ajit, which ultimately lead to Suresh, and we now have a very fine team which certainly seems equipped to get out of the tech whatever it is that can be gotten out of the tech.
