All great stuff posted this morning, but I gotta say, the continued and seemingly growing disonnect between share price and potential, between those investors supposedly "in the know" (i.e., us) and those potential investors who "know" about POET, is worrisome.
And of course Rainer is correct, a buyout does not change contractual rights, and most contracts do not provide for an easy out. So if the new owners want to cancel the contract, they will only be able to do so with Poet's consent and some money changing hands.
