Definitely this is part of bigger deal.

I still think it is not too late for POET Tech to get into a bitting war to take over Anadigics. This is a great opportunity for POET Tech to advance their technology (POET can speed up the prototype and commercialization... ). And, Anadigics is at its lowest level; if POET Tech offers $35M, it's still a cheap takeover for PTK.. Anadigics has revenue of $12M (yea its going down but think about this); If POET takes over the Anadigics, the revenue can be doubled easily with POET's VCSEL (will all 10X improvements) in 2016 or early 2017.

If POET jumps in with a better offer. POET's stock price will go high enough to get into NAS... Once they go into NAS then there will be another push up on the SP. Well, now all the road-show makes sense; so that, all the investors that POET has met will jump in with big cash...

POET has to come up with a loan or some-kind for a cash offer of $35M or some amount more than $32M.
