The Unaudited Consolidated Financial Statements 9-months ended September 30, 2015 has an overview of all outstanding warrants on page 13 (followed, by the way, by numbers regarding stock options on pages 14 and 15). These are the numbers I used in the POET Technologies Timeline, and, according to that overview, 6,734,577 February warrants are still outstanding.
