I'm really not sure that is an issue. Are they going to ignore the fact the Ajit was CEO of GF? That's not to mention some of the other members of the BoD, some of which have this kind of experience and will be on hand to advise etc.

I find it difficult to believe that investors won't see the merit of SDs and SVs vast, and highly relevant experience. Granted they haven't run a public company, but they have very senior management experience and that's what POET needs.
