A question:

Fully diluted share count on p.4 shows 243.19M...I thought I remembered the number as approx. 226M...looked at your google sheet and the statements from Sept. 30 and couldn't find a simple number. I guess the 243M would include the options that haven't been awarded yet?

I like the write ups on the execs...PC got a big thank-you, which I believe he deserves, and maybe will be involved in the transition to the NASDAQ, since they always talk about his "capital markets expertise".

I agree with FJ...seems like they wanted their foot in the door the fastest way possible and data links were the way. Who, in their right mind, would turn down such massive savings from their server farms?
