FJ, here my ideas why we do hear now about the TRAB:

1. POET found that the Blevin story was one of the only NR which was able to impact the SP this year, so they are bringing this story back without endangering NDAs (as all this is already public and can be warmed up), possibly with the OK of the partner

or

2. Something is going on at this end, and one of these partners is starting to lift the curtain. A company like Apple can wait until a product is ready to show to the public. But on the other hand I feel that Apple very soon will need something to show to their customer. The iPhones are just warmed up remakes, the iWatch is a nice toy, but one of many - and with the problem that it has to be recharged during daytime if you really use it.
So possibly they need something now, not a product, but a paradigm shift, a message that they soon will have something totally new.

3. The trick with the 40 engeneers was perfect to hide a cooperation, as no NRE have to be shown in a reports. But this will only work to a certain extent. As soon as POET will fix a contract with future payments, or that these 40 people will achive IP belonging to POET, it is a material revenue which has to be accounted. So possibly POET soon has to show a figure in their annual financial statements (End of February??? Ah!)
