nice one. we will see more of that stuff. imo
not that this dot turns out to be a poet one, but this kind of acquisiton is an example of an cheap offered outdated facility wich might return to profitability in a few steps to go on.

1. Mistake: Multiplying big numbers by 1 percent:
we re not saying we can get "one percent" of the market, we re soby. 280bln$ of 500bln$ is ok :)
2. Mistake: Scaling too soon (Truth: Companies don’t die if they don’t scale fast enough.)
we re first on a prototype and we need individuals with contacts to scale the tech in the near future. (especially chinese/taiwanese speaking individuals like our new product developer)
3. Mistake: Partnering is bullshit (Truth: Sales fixes everything.) we did not even partner with BAE, we PAY them! anadagicis is interim if they don t have the balls to qualify for mass production.
4. Mistake: Pitching instead of prototyping -we deliver a PROTOTYPE!!! (hopefully but i guess this management knows what they re working on)
5. Mistake: Using too many slides and too small a font - we re not using too many slides. it s kept easy.
6. Mistake: Doing things serially (Truth: Doing everything at the same time is how the real world works.) - that is what you meant sulasailor (the first 4 months i had to line up the "partners"-->clients)
7. Mistake: Believing 51% = control - we never said that. instead of believing that we got a shareholder rights plan
8. Mistake: Believing patents = defensibility - we mentionend patents only one time in that presentation and we don t believe thats the reason to buy that stock. (in fact it is the blue ocean) and to be the first one to in the market.
9. Mistake: Hiring in your own image (Truth: Seek balance to complement your skills. You need someone to make it, sell it, collect it.) - we got our mangament in place
10. Mistake: Befriending your VCs - don t befriend with your venture capitalist -(sheldon inventash is gone :)!!)
this guy was an apple evangelist... everything leads to poet. i never was that happy about our investment, our mangement and our technology. thanks peter copetti for lining the ducks.
buyed some more today, hope the lack of volume is the silence before the storm incoming.
