Abu Dhabi’s investment arm is considering a sale of all or part of chipmaker Globalfoundries Inc. as the emirate explores asset disposals amid a slump in crude oil, people familiar with the matter said.

I would love to see this happen... Not only would it benefit POET (I presume), because of POET's strong ties to the company, but it would be ever so pleasant to strip this asset, built of our vast consumerism over decades of their oil products, away from the region.

Let this asset pass into the hands of the western infidel, I say with all possible infidel pride, and we shall use it to help make their remaining oil reserves irrelevant as quickly as possible.
