Pretty nice Fair thanks for digging in ! those patents makes my head spin.

Bottom line, a recipe to make the cake does exist and patens are filed/granted to protect it.

The basic layers are the same as you pointed out and the recipe founder is a brilliant one.

It is now a matter of baking the cake, tasting it and than share it with the partners to get the most of it...
