Maybe some 'proof points' are the Patents that are being revealed.

It seems interesting that the timing for the 'Power Semiconductor Devices' Patent appears just as another bid appears for Fairchild Semi. The news has stated Infineon, market leader in power semiconductors was in the running earlier in the year. The applications for Poets Patent would be of interest to them for sure.
