I am not worried about Apple at all. just find it interesting why they would bother with a little fab like this, seems to me it would be more of a develop and test fab then anything else. But I guess on the bright side, that 18 mil they paid would be only about 1 NRE if we were to trade down the road. Maybe Apple didn't like the fact that Anadigics is being sold and didn't want to chance poets tech would get away on them.
