I think it's a tax loss sell off - I think they see an opportunity here to get out with a loss - make money so to speak with tax savings - and get back in the new year at a similar price
it seems more and more like we won't have any NR before the new year - if this is their plan they will probably be buying back in the .90-1.10 range - depending on if these new investors lined up at .80 are willing to sell at all, or a big NR that could drive the price higher in the new year - either way theres money to be made by everyone in the new year as people scramble to jump on the ship before it pushes off - IMO of course.
