I'd be inclined to think they mean, they want to have a series of news releases ready, to sustain a Nasdaq listing. No point putting out an NR that gets us to the promised land, only for it to be put under threat. That wouldn't be great in the long run. Lining up their ducks was the phrase PC made I believe. Although he did make that comment back in Feb!!
