Who, exactly, investing101, said that the roadshow was to prepare investors for a r/s?
That, I'm afraid, is pure b/s without one iota of fact to back it up.
In fact it doesn't make a bit of sense. In theory a r/s will elevate the share price while equally diminishing the share count. Why this would inspire investors to buy and support the share price is quite a mystery. Generally it does the opposite and inspires investors to sell shares since the share price cannot support itself.
Anyone who has taken investing101 knows that.
Also, there will be no buyout, the company has said that.
