• POET Technologies is/was looking for big strategic partners that are able to produce POET VCSEL transceivers in large volumes.
• Anadigics is no such partner, because they are unable to mass produce POET VCSEL transceivers in the needed quantities due to the size of their production capacities.
• Anadigics got to job for the developing the POET VCSEL transceivers, because they have been ready to go, so POET didn't lose time.
