Does MACOM try to get insider knowledge of POET's 6" VCSEL service contract and some other stuff through Anadigics ?

Might one of Qorvo / Skyworks / Avago are in the bidding war of 0,54 $ ?

Buy Anadigics (42 Mio $) is cheaper than paying POET's NRE & to get the 6" VCSEL process ?

Strange isn't it - Anadigics was supposed to delist from NASDAQ and might couldn't even survive without a partner or buyout....
