Yes, there are all sorts of explanations as to why this revolutionary product sits as essentially a penny stock, but really, the market is valuing it on what it knows, which is practically nothing.
You can say the market doesn't know, but you can't say why there is no future value attached to this company, for all that it is said to have.
Although I am no believer in this market since it is practically controlled by the central banks, I do believe that we have little or no understanding of what is going on behind the curtain, and markets hate uncertainty.
So say what you will, but those warrants will not be exercised if POET management does not come up with a very good reason for them to be exercised, and soon.
