The are 6", however, Anadigics is the only one with a 6" VCSEL Fab, there's a difference in tooling. Win could easilly get there presumably, however they do not have 6" VCSEL Fabs at the moment. My theory is Anadigics was a test to see if other fabs are going to switch to 6" VCSEL tooling for their fabs.
