the 6" Production Facility Auction#1 was on 22nd July and had to be supplied with lading bill by of 30th Sept. 2015 (under tab "Tax/Removal).

From press releases we know:

Avago bought the old Hynix Plant in Eugene-Oregon in October 16 and will refurbish it in 2016 to Start production in 2017.

and

Apple took over the old Maxim Fab in San Jose in Dez. 15

eventually POET itself is involved with a partner or somebody else from Taiwan/China/Singapur is behind this Auction from last year....who knows ?

If someone could get this information regards the succesful tenderer and it should be one of our hotly favoured companies, i suppose this could give us the "granular CC"!
