FJ, I agree with your overall observation with the following:
- IF there were material news to release.....in the eyes of regulatory officials, being too busy would not be sufficient explanation for NOT releasing material news and,
- this would suggest that new hires, vendor relationships (to date) all fall within the realm of 'in the normal course of business' and therefore in the opinion of management, is not material, hence no NR to date with respect to new VP's (3rd layer of mgmt),
- which could also mean that material events are happening (likely true) but they have not reached a point at which a NR is required or necessary....this may happen over the course of the next 5 weeks
The one thing that is very intriguing is the timing vis-a-vis the expiry date of the warrants. We can and will speculate on the logic of February 16th hopefully their reasoning will become clearer in due course.
