There are warrants and options that are still floating out there. True. But I believe that even to the most jaded eye, one could say this is a very positive development for a start-up company. There are options that are exercisable in the next 5 years. That does not make them an issue when developmental news is presented. The Feb warrant overhang may or may not depress the sp temporarily. If the sp does not move beyond the $1 needed to encourage the holders to exercise them, does this matter in the long term. Sure the company does not get warrant revenues, but on the plus side, dilution is held at bay. Temporary downward pressure is just that. Temporary. What is critical is the step by step lining up of the IP, it's protection, design, development, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing and delivery processes to ensure that this first product and all of the subsequent products are into the market and have the performance and reliability required to ensure profitability and continued sales for the company. Only then can we be assured of success. This is not the end of what needs to happen. This is not the beginning of that end. This is the beginning of the beginning. And it looks like a great start.
