Doesn´t make sense to me. What for?

He can´t do that forever, so there must be a near-term target. The only reason I can see therefor: He thinks Poet desperately needs the february-warrants executed cause they need the money. Maybe he tries to keep SP down to make these warrants uninteresting to get Poet into financial problems.

I can´t believe personal feelings drive persons like him so much. To the contrary he will try to earn money. Best thing for him is Poet´s SP to rise.
